Take it Easy is my favorite smoking blend to recommend for people who are physically addicted to tobacco.
Use it to quit tobacco cold turkey or to wean off your regular smokes. Don't use it at the same time as the patch and don't mix it with tobacco using our Roll Your Own.
This blend contains organic mullein, lobelia, skullcap, catnip and rose. I explain why I put them in the blend to support you. It is also helpful for headaches related to neck issues. I talk about this and some other ways people like to use this blend.
