This is an herbal tea blend of crampbark, ladies mantle, and rose. Crampbark was used by indigenous peoples as a remedy for menstrual cramping among other things. Ladies mantle and rose have been historically used for people who tend to bleed more, rather than less. I always use the freshest organic &/or wildcrafted herbs I can find.
