Foxglove flower essence is enlivening, bringing back joy when emotional or physical joy has been lost or stolen. This flower activates the heart, see notes below.* This essence helps release fear. You may feel frozen or like you heart (emotionally) has almost stopped due to shock or scary situations (like a history of child abuse). Some say this was historically used for motion sickness. If you work with this essence in this way, please let us know your experience.

Recommended administration: add 5 drops to a liter of water and sip throughout the day. You can also take one drop on top of the tongue daily or as needed. 

Contains: Foxglove essence in water and alcohol for a preservative (local brandy).

 *Consuming any material part of this plant can lead to poisoning. Because of this, only the energy of this plant was used. If you have a known heart condition you may wish to start with only a drop to see how it helps you. This is a stronger heart remedy, hawthorn is a cardiac tonic and food herb, and therefore reliably safe. Hawthorn is in our Humanity Tea.
