It can be a helpful alternative to traditional smokes for people who use tobacco for its energetically protective properties. It has a lovely smell as it burns.

This is a good product for weaning off of tobacco. As the days go by, roll cigarettes or smoke in a pipe with more and more Gentle & Protective and less and less tobacco.
