Cherry Plum flower essence has long been used to treat people who fear losing control of their emotions in a large way, such as becoming violent towards self or others. This remedy can also be used if you have lost control, such as a major temper tantrum. This can be a result of having to hold in emotions to tightly for too long due to family trauma, war (soldiers or torture victims). The positive side of Cherry Plum is ease of emotional expression, living wisely and brightly, as we really are, no longer having to hold in so much. 

Recommended administration: add 5 drops to a liter of water and sip throughout the day. You can also take one drop on top of the tongue daily or as needed.
