Some of the herbs in our products are restricted in Louisiana. Damiana, Calea, and many other innocuous herbs, are illegal in Louisiana. Consequently you will not be able to purchase our My New Ciggies, Sexy Smokes, Calea, or Warming Elixir in you live in Louisiana.

Calea Zacatechichi is a traditional dream herb that is only active in dreamtime. It is not approved by the FDA for internal consumption. Calea is only in our products with the name Calea in the title.

Our products contain NO tobacco, NO nicotine, NO marijuana, NO thc, NO cbd.

We cannot change finished products to meet individual customers needs.

We do not allow returns on consumable items that have been shipped out.

We use discreet packaging. The return address reads: Brown Bear Herbs Aside from that, there are NO stickers or logos that indicate the brand, smoking, or cigarettes. 

Time to shipping: We strive to ship all retail orders within one business day.

Shipment times with USPS:

USPS Ground shipping typically takes 3-5 days. USPS Priority shipping takes around 2-3 days. We are located in Portland, Oregon. Expect west cost orders to take a day or two. East coast, Alaskan, and Hawaiian orders will likely take the longest amount of time.

Yes. You must text before picking up. Please provide your email during checkout for your initial notification.

We currently ship to the US, Canada, Australia, France, the Netherlands, New Zealand, and the UK*.

Our roll your own pouches seem to import to the United Kingdom without issue. If you order our herbal cigarettes they may be charged customs fees.

We are in Portland, Oregon on the West Coast. Depending on where you live in Canada, shipping will take 1-3 weeks.

We rarely have customs issues when mailing to Canada.

Problem: the tracking is indicating the package is heading back to Portland.

What to expect: If you are in a hurry for your product please email us about the issue at orders@brownbearherbs.com

It can take several weeks for US packages, and up to several months for International packages to make it back to Portland, OR. USPS is very reliable about returns, but slow.

When we receive your package we will reach out via email or text. We will ask you if you would like to remail your package. If the problem was due to the address provided or USPS you will be asked to pay for reshipping. If the error is ours (example: we missed an address correction email) we will pay for shipping. Alternatively you can get a refund for the cost of the product.
