Gurudas offers an amazing resource. Set up similar to his Gem Elixir book, this give invaluable channeled information on many flowers, making flower essences, charts on diagnoses and flowers to help, amplification, & therapeutic work.
I love animal medicine. Here are two of my favorites. One side is a love poem/story of red tailed hawk, flip it around and the other side is an ode to the great horned owl. They are known as master of the day and master of the night respectively. They often share the same territory and prey but different times.

This is a great resource for herbal information about historical techniques used to help you bleed again.
“Please Bleed! is radical, practical, accessible & necessary. Sam amplifies generations of collective wisdom, combined with her own decades od experience to offer a smart & well structured guide on encouraging menstruation. The sections on plant medicine & practical magic (ranging from rituals to orgasms) cover information that many people are looking to learn in an era of restricted access to healthcare & abortion. Use this as a guide to engage in conversations with those around you about what liberated reproductive healthcare looks like.”
