This flower essence is bearberry, also known as Uva ursi. This essence helps you stand your ground and stay receiving spirit. This is powerful tiny plant that is an ally to both fox and bear.

Recommended administration: add 5 drops to a liter of water and sip throughout the day. You can also take one drop on top of the tongue daily or as needed.
