Aspen flower essence helps with vague fears (Bach). This is a sense of apprehension that does not have a specific cause, as opposed to Yellow Monkeyflower for specific fears. This essence has long been used to help move from vague anxiety to a sense of security.

Recommended administration: add 5 drops to a liter of water and sip throughout the day. You can also take one drop on top of the tongue daily or as needed. 

Contains: Aspen flower essence in water and alcohol for a preservative.
