Alstroemeria flower essence is helpful when you need to face something that is emotional and may seem impossible. It helps stay in your heart and pursue the things that matter most, even in the face of great challenges.

Recommended administration: add 5 drops to a liter of water and sip throughout the day. You can also take one drop on top of the tongue daily or as needed.
