Retail orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (typically within 24hrs). 

Wholesale orders are shipped within one week, but typically within 2-4 business days. 

Sometimes snow shuts down the USPS in Portland, Oregon. In the unlikely even there will be a significant delay of shipping your package, beyond weather, we will contact you. 

We usually ship using USPS, but in the case of international orders we reserve the right to choose another option when there are strikes or the item can arrive more quickly.
