Snapdragon flower essence is helpful if you need to soften your voice--perhaps you are feeling tense and defensive, but it isn't necessary. It can also help with tense jaws and neck. Ceanothus (red root in Artist's Dream Tea) and True Solomon's Seal can also help with jaw tension/tmj.

Recommended administration: add 5 drops to a liter of water and sip throughout the day. You can also take one drop on top of the tongue daily or as needed. 

Contains: Snapdragon essence in water and alcohol for a preservative (local brandy).
