A combination of giant sequoia and coast redwood essences. This essence is excellent for grounding when dealing with kundalini, menstruation, and if you have a tendency to dissociate. Not just grounding, this tree helps with embodiment and fully living life. I am still discovering this essence, please share your experiences.

Recommended administration: add 5 drops to a liter of water and sip throughout the day. You can also take one drop on top of the tongue daily or as needed. 

Contains: Sequoia essences in water and alcohol for a preservative (local brandy).
