Crab apple flower essence is supportive when feeling physically or psychically  "dirty" or "impure". The flower essence helps shift to self-acceptance and greater comfort in body and immediate environment--physically, emotionally, and mentally. The feeling of contamination, or desire for purity, may be a result of physical or sexual abuse, or other forms of mistreatment. Crab apple has been used to bring confidence to animals that have experienced abuse. 

This flower essence is one we meditated with in our Plant Meditation Club. Read more about the experiences we had here. The essence had a message about it being okay to be crabby, or crab apple-y. :)

Recommended administration: add 5 drops to a liter of water and sip throughout the day. You can also take one drop on top of the tongue daily or as needed. 

Contains: Crab apple essence in water and alcohol for a preservative (local brandy).
