Making Friends is a little zine on shamanism. This instructional booklet is chock full of information to deepen connections with animals (mammals, insects, birds, reptiles, etc), plants (herbs! and others) and minerals (applicable with garden rocks to crystals). Also, included is a brief instruction on meditation, which has been invaluable in my quest to connect and, actually, started me on this path. For Arati these connections bring feelings of peace and oneness. She this work helps you feel that magic too.
