"I had been wanting to work with an herbalist for some time now. I wanted to quit smoking cigarettes and found Arati through a google search for herbal cigarettes. I immediately felt drawn to work with her beyond just ordering cigarettes. After our first appointment, where I shared my struggles with ending an abusive relationship, she sent me a package of tea, tincture, flower essence and smokes. Three days after starting the regimen, I ended the relationship I had struggled for months to leave, and have not gone back since. I truly attribute this, in particular, to the flower essence, which I felt led to take more of in those first few days. My energy and boundaries definitely shifted, and I felt an anger and determination rise up in me to then finally end something that had brought me such harm and stress. I am so incredibly grateful for her intuition, her work, and her passion to heal!! Thank you, Arati!!"

She arrived at herbalism through dreaming. She spent many years working through lucid dreaming and shifting the waking time. What was most important to her was the aha-moment when some seemingly fixed part of her life changed. She finds herbs to be a very easy access point to that experience. For example, many health problems she had been told were uncurable by medical doctors, were remedied with relative ease by herbs.
Tobacco smoking is said to be one of the hardest addictions to break. With our smoking blends that process is often said to be easy. Life is not fixed. With the right supports many things naturally can be released for better physical, emotional, and/or spiritual health.
The organic herbal smoking blends we make are intended to satisfy the underlying reasons why people smoke. They are non-addictive so it is possible to smoke them while releasing your tobacco addiction. We make other herbal products that are also transformative, including dream teas.
