Marijuana, it's a fun, recreational, and medicinal for so many people. If you like to smoke weed then here are some herbal helpers to ease some of the side-effects.
Lung health: Marijuana is harsher than tobacco on your lungs. Most people don't smoke as much marijuana as tobacco (for practical reasons!) so I think it is unlikely it would create the same level of disease. However, I recommend adding mullein to anything you smoke to ease the impact on your lungs. It really makes a big difference. Try it and see what your experience is.
Adrenals: Marijuana depletes your adrenal health. I believe this is one of the reasons why people experience paranoia. Holy Basil, aka Tulsi, cleanses marijuana from your body (great for drug tests) and also is an adaptogen, strengthening your adrenals. It is a relaxing and great tasting tea.
